Boost Your Energy without the Sugar Crash Challenge
As you move your way through the years of womanhood and manhood, the changes in hormone levels can lead to ever-changing moods & decreased energy ...much like the 4 seasons in a day in New Zealand. These hormone fluctuations can also put you at risk of insulin resistance.
Add the sweet treats with your morning coffee and a few sneaky trips to the office cookie jar to your daily routine and you get a great big surge of dopamine which leaves you feeling on top of the world...until 3pm rolls around, and then all you can do is keep looking at the clock while yawning, counting down until its time to leave the office because you are so tired.
Could your daily symptoms of anxiety, irritability and worry be linked to what you eat in a day together with a blood sugar rollercoaster?
Come & join me in this Challenge where I will provide you with an optional pathway to reduce refined sugar, and I will give you daily accountability to help you get there with simple kitchen swaps.

What You Can Expect
Changes are not instant, although if you continue on the reduced sugar pathway beyond these 5 days of the Challenge, you can expect to see changes within your health.
Improved Metabolism
When you reduce refined sugar intake, you support weight release which positively supports the metabolism of essential dietary fats and carbohydrates.
Clearer Thinking
Beyond the 'sugar withdrawal' stage, you can support clearer thinking by reducing your sugar intake, because your blood sugar levels become stabilised.
Increased Energy
When you reduce your refined sugar intake, you can support a more optimal sleep cycle, which can support you to have more energy to do the things you love to do (without the daytime yawning).
Clearer Skin
If you're eating a high refined sugar diet, it is likely influencing skin breakouts. This is because sugar may be having an affect on your hormones. Reducing your sugar intake can support hormone balance.
